Poster presentations

The poster size must be A0, vertical.
The participants are responsible for printing their poster.
The poster must be attached to the poster wall well before the sessions starts. The location of the poster session and different categories therein will be given at the venue. There will be pins provided.
The posters must be removed immediately after the session.

Oral presentations

It is recommended that the speakers will bring their presentation in a USB stick in the lecture hall 15 minutes before the session begins.
The length of all parallel talks is 15 minutes including questions, unless otherwise indicated in the program.

The maximum length of the abstract is one page including figure(s) and references.
